Help set up boat lift

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some advice on setting up a boat lift between the logs at my lake spot on my pontoon and want to make sure the lift is stable and safe, especially with the uneven log setup. Has anyone here dealt with something similar or have tips on the best way to secure a lift in that kind of environment? really appreciate any insights or suggestions please

For uneven logs, I'd suggest using adjustable brackets and heavy-duty straps to secure the lift, you can make sure the base is level and consider adding padding to protect the logs

I'd be concerned about stability if the logs aren't level, uneven support could stress the frame or shift the pontoon.
